This "contract attorney coordinaTTTor" needs to develop some thicker skin. If you pay highly educated, licensed people garbage wages, you can anticipate that others will take issue with your business practices.

Horrible experience working at this place way back when. Supervisor would come around and smack the walls. People fired left and right.

Haha!! This is how the scam generally gets perpetuated, threaten legal action against all negative commentary.

Of course she has no case, and of course we're anonymous on the 'net anyway, so who does she think she is fooling?

I say we keep baiting her. And hope she tracks us down and gives us a chance to countersue her hehe.

wow I'm scared

Tom, the legal action is a bluff. Let them sue, get the Electronic Frontier Foundation to slam the Coordinatttor and recover counsel fees. This reminds me of the a Jersey small town that sued a blogger that was exposing its corrupt practices. The case was dismissed.

Intimidation. Screw her. Firm was a shithole to work in. They packed us into a closet with no A.C. in the middle of July. Lied about the duration.

I worked on a matter with Fitzpatrick Cella as a temp and had no problems. The associates/staff were nice.

It was at Hudson's facility so perhaps they were afraid to look ridiculous.

I guess it was luck. I don't know who this staff attorney is, maybe I wasn't exposed to him/her.

Cry me a river Fitzpatrick Cella. Your parents never told you "just ignore the teasing and it will stop?"

Anonymous said...

... or is that a sore spot "fatty'?

This looks like it may get entertaining. I will be right back. Going to pop up some popcorn and pull up a seat.

That's funny, because I anticipate this attorney coordinator blowing me.

I can't figure out exactly what this is a reference to. Could it be a reference to this post from 2007?

Calm down, sweetheart.

Remind me to never work here.

Total bluff. No attorney told her to write the letter for him/her. This is what people say when they don't have an attorney or want to pay one.

What is her name?

What two posts??? I don't see anything - is it that plastic boobed Lisa - she is one nasty ghetto queen. Always trying to fuck some attorney or football player and landing nothing -

Anonymous said...

Yea, what posts? Get a thicker skin and be prepared for criticism if you are acting an ass.

She sounds like an insufferable bitch.

Oh by the way, while I was wasting $100 grand and three years of my life in law school, I've learned that there is a difference between fact (for example "I've seen pictures of that attorney from Fitzpatrick Cella blowing donkeys in Tijuana"), and an opinion (i.e. "that attorney is an insufferable bitch"). Now, claiming that she blew donkeys in Tijuana would be considered defamation (unless of course its true, which would be a legal defense). However, stating an opinion, specifically that she's a lousy bitch, would not be considered defamation.

So just to clarify, I am not stating that she blows donkeys in Tijuana and that there are pictures on the internet circulating proving that. All I am saying is that she is a lousy, insufferable bitch. And that, in and of itself, is NOT defamation.

Well you can write that she has donkey sex and it's still okay. You just can't say that she is a skank or whore or has prostituted herself in any way. Ah the beauty of our female pandering legal system!

Is this the LIsa that you are referring to?

Good post and timely too. Who would've thought that people judge these firms based on comments in blog posts?

I wonder of CoordinaTTTor had permission from Fitzpatrick had permission to threaten TTT. I'm guessing NOT, and also that it is a bad idea generally - because now the shit's really flowing about bad experiences there.

Maybe one day some big-client GC will get to reading posts like these and wondering why these firms charge such a big markup, if the firms are supposedly treating the contract attys like shit and paying them a below-market wage. Those client dollars sure don't seem to be flowing into our pockets. Or maybe the GC will wonder why work took longer than expected or why reviewers kept leaving midway through.

"American Lawyer Media, Zeughauser Group and communications firm Greentarget surveyed 164 in-house counsel about their social media habits. Lo and behold, they are making use of blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to get their legal information… and, perhaps more interestingly, to judge law firms."

I know a dude who's like 900K in debt, graduated from law school in 2007, and has only been working as a part-time banquet server at Harrah's in Vegas. He got a subprime loan on a prefab home and spent $247,000 on a "law degree" from the Michael Spano Law School, a failed online school that was briefly granted provisional approval in Nevada. Now, the bank foreclosed, he lost his gig at Harrah's, his stripper girlfriend left him for an assistant manager at Jack-in-the-Box, and he's living as a tweaker with his pet desert tortoise on the banks of Flamingo Wash, behind the Jason's Deli parking lot on Maryland Parkway in Vegas.

She is actually pretty damn hot. From what I've seen, the only people who don't like her are other women because they are jealous. (No, I am not Lisa.)

Thanks for very interesting post.
If you or a loved one has been arrested and charged with a crime, then you should have a criminal defense attorney fighting on your behalf from the very beginning.

I worked here as a receptionist a few years ago. The entire management is made up of pretentious snobs who care about how things look instead of your work ethic. I miss old New York where pay was high, rent was low and these stuck up ivy leaguers didn't swarm NY.

In all the states of the United States, one of the most commonly violated regulations is the traffic laws. As a result, in several states the laws have been made very strict. One such instance of revised regulation is "Driving under Intoxication".
